John Ellis van Cortland Moon Papers 

Record Group 2 consists of material relating to Dr. Moon’s time as a faculty member at Boston State College.  The material in this group ranges from legislative documents and reports to faculty committee minutes, memos, and correspondence.  The Record Group is divided into two sub-record groups:  The Committee of Seven; and Reorganization of State Higher Education in Boston.  The first sub-record group contains three series:  Background Material; Work of the Committee; and The Report.  The second sub-record group contains five series:  Legislative Documents; Background Material; Boston State College; reorganization; and Dr. Moon’s Material.
