Foundations of Nursing 

Medline via the EBSCO interface allows searching for biomedical and life sciences literature.  Users can limit searching to linked full-text, gender, publication type, age-related, English only or other languages, and journal & citation subset which includes Nursing journals and Core Clinical journals.

At the top of search screen, users can click on the link to Publications. Searching can be done by alphabetical or relevancy.

Again at top of search screen,clicking on MeSh (Medial Subject Headings) allows user to search for relevant terms by Term begins with or Term contains. Results will include [Scope] which is a definition. Clicking on term reveals additional synonyms or near synonyms, and subheadings.
