Welcome to the libguide for the Introduction to Legal Process class!  On this page you will find sources that have specifically been identified to help you with your class assignments. 

 

Access from Off Campus

All library databases, including US Law Week and Lexis-Nexis, can be accessed from off campus.  At the prompt enter your Falcon ID and password.

 
 

Court Cases

The following sources can be used to find court cases, legal briefs and opinions. 

  • US Law Week - National coverage of significant cases and key legislative and regulatory developments across all areas of the law, summaries of selected federal court, state court and administrative cases. Access Supreme Court Today via link on left side of screen.

 

  • Lexis Nexis Academic - Full-text documents from over 5,600 news, business, legal, medical, and reference publications with a variety of flexible search options.  Search Lexis Nexis to find court cases, law review journals and state and federal codes.
